"I've been asked why I'm doing almost no interviews these days, but mostly "With Reality in Mind" (WRiM) instead. The thing is, in interviews I often have to explain everything from scratch, again and again. But in WRiM, I can go progressively more in depth and explore new ideas, implications, and hypotheses. WRiM is more interesting to me, personally. It gives me a chance to explore the unfolding of Analytic Idealism with a stable group of people. I don't have to recapitulate everything from scratch every time, which ultimately gets tiring.
Moreover, there are diminishing returns from generic interviews. Repetition is good and does add value; but only up to a certain point. I think I've reached that point now and there isn't much to be gained from repeating the whole rationale behind Analytic Idealism again.
Finally, WRiM gives me the chance to help create a group of, well, 'ambassadors' of Analytic Idealism; people fully conversant in the ins and outs of that philosophical perspective, who can then go out into the world, into their communities, to help bring clarity to what is being proposed and help reduce misinterpretations, misrepresentations, and misunderstandings."
